As we walked along existing agricultural tracks through olive groves, we thought the best way to tackle the steep slope of the site was to follow these routes that have been walked by farmers for many years.’

Their concept retains the original cobbled pathways and the rugged beauty of the site, with homes nestled within its topography, hugging the natural contours of the land.
Each home is positioned to make the most of the dramatic geographical landscape, with large windows and impressive views. The low density creates a very private and tranquil retreat and all buildings use the finest locally-sourced and sustainable materials.
Carian Bay also offers a wide variety of facilities and services. Residents will be able to enjoy a network of jogging paths and yoga pavilion, as well as the use of a private jetty to moor their boat whilst guests and crew
climb aboard. Children will also be catered for with their own naturally-inspired play area, at one with its natural surroundings.
