Carian Bay is the result of two very different architectural practices, coming together to create a single vision for luxurious living in Turkey. With masterplanning by internationally-renowned architects WATG and architectural implementation by the hugely respected Oncuoglu + ACP, Carian Bay sets a new standard for residential developments in Turkey.
Over the course of the last six decades, WATG has become the world’s leading design consultant for the hospitality, leisure and entertainment industries winning countless international awards for their work.
Their experience and the emphasis their projects place on cultural distinction led to WATG being appointed as masterplanners at Carian Bay. Their concept retains the original cobbled pathways and the rugged beauty of the site, with homes nestled within its topography, hugging the natural contours of the land. Each home is positioned to make the most of the dramatic geographical landscape, with large windows and impressive views. The low density creates a very private and tranquil retreat.
The masterplan has been brought to life by Istanbul-based architects Oncuoglu + ACP who are responsible for the architectural design and build of Carian Bay. Known throughout the world for the attention they place on cultural distinction and sense of place, Oncuoglu + ACP have used local building techniques and materials to ensure Carian Bay combines indigenous Turkish design with cutting edge technology and luxury.
Carian Bay also offers a wide variety of facilities and services. Residents will be able to enjoy a network of jogging paths and yoga pavilion, as well as the use of a private jetty to moor their boat whilst guests and crew climb aboard. Children will also be catered for with their own naturally-inspired play area, at one with its natural surroundings.
